Located in Bangsar, definitely a nice place to dine. When you remove K, from the the name, Negeri di Bawah Bayu' you can find

Negeri di Bawah Bayu = Sabah
Find restaurant near Bangsar = Kasbah, remove the K the answer will be Sabah

Literally, this Middle East Restaurant located some where in 'Star Hill', I am sure. When you re-arrange the name and say it twice, a 'Spider' will appear. Find the '2nd
